The 300g/h integrated ozone generator is specially developed for biogas slurry wastewater treatment. With strong oxidation capacity, it efficiently removes odor, color and refractory organics to reduce COD. The skid-mounted system supports outdoor continuous operation, producing no chemical residues or extra sludge for eco-friendly farm sewage upgrading.
Case Details
Application Technology
Biogas slurry produced by livestock anaerobic fermentation contains high concentrations of refractory organics, chromogenic substances, sulfide and ammonia nitrogen. Traditional biochemical processes are limited in decolorization and deodorization, making it difficult to meet discharge or farmland reuse standards.
The integrated 300g/h ozone generator adopts PSA oxygen supply mode. Ozone dissolves in wastewater and generates hydroxyl free radicals with strong oxidizing property. It can break the molecular chain of macromolecular organic pollutants, oxidize malodorous substances and chromophoric organics, and effectively reduce COD concentration.
The complete set of equipment is skid-mounted, integrating air compression, air drying, oxygen production and ozone generation units. It can run stably outdoors all year round. Compared with chemical oxidation, ozone will automatically decompose into oxygen after reaction, without residual chemicals and no extra sludge output.
The standard process flow:
Raw Biogas Slurry → Sedimentation Pretreatment → Ozone Oxidation Reaction Tank → Up-to-standard Effluent (Discharge / Agricultural Reuse)
- Realize deodorization, decolorization and COD degradation in one process
- Integrated skid design, convenient on-site installation and connection
- Continuous 24-hour operation, adapt to harsh outdoor farm environment
- Green oxidation process, no secondary pollution
Economic Benefits
Economic Benefits
-
Low Chemical Consumption
Ozone relies on electric energy for generation, and continuous dosing of flocculant, oxidant and other chemicals is not required. Long-term chemical purchasing expenditure can be greatly cut down compared with traditional advanced oxidation technology.
-
Save Sludge Disposal Cost
Ozone oxidation process will not produce new sludge. Enterprises can avoid the high cost of sludge transportation and hazardous waste disposal.
-
Reduce Project Investment & Construction Period
The integrated skid-mounted ozone system occupies small land area. Civil construction workload is less than traditional treatment facilities, shortening construction cycle and lowering early-stage infrastructure investment.
-
Realize Water Resource Recycling
After ozone advanced treatment, biogas slurry can be reused for farm irrigation, flushing and other purposes, decreasing the demand for fresh water and saving water supply expenses.
-
Meet Environmental Compliance Requirements
Effective wastewater treatment avoids fines caused by substandard discharge. Stable effluent indicators help farms pass environmental protection inspection and support sustainable operation.
