Is ozone safe for food and cosmetic production, and does it leave chemical residue?
Ozone naturally decomposes into pure oxygen within 20–40 minutes, leaving no chemical residue or secondary pollution. For cosmetic workshops, ozone replaces formaldehyde, alcohol, and UV disinfection. It avoids chemical solvent residues on raw materials and finished products, fully meeting cosmetic GMP cleanroom requirements.
How do I choose the correct ozone output for my facility or water project?
- Air disinfection (food/cosmetic workshops): Calculate the room volume (L×W×H). The standard dosage is 5–10g of ozone per 100m³ for daily disinfection, with higher dosages for environments with high humidity or mold risks.
- Water treatment: Output depends on water flow, COD value, and the target bacteria removal rate. We provide free engineering calculations and dosing schemes. Send us your factory layout, water flow data, or workshop size, and our engineers will offer a customized model recommendation at no cost.
Can your ozone machines operate in high-humidity food processing workshops?
Yes. Our industrial ozone generators feature anti-corrosion stainless steel chambers, dry oxygen sources, and waterproof control panels, ensuring stable operation even in environments with up to 95% relative humidity (RH). While ordinary domestic ozone machines degrade quickly in humid air, our industrial models are specially upgraded for wet production lines in the food and cosmetic industries.
Is ozone harmful to workers, and what are the safety operation rules?
High-concentration ozone irritates the respiratory tract, so space disinfection must be performed without workers on-site. All our machines support automatic timing switches. After shutdown, ozone fully decomposes into oxygen within 30 minutes before staff re-enter. We also offer an optional ozone leakage alarm for enhanced safety protection.
CA Storage System
What is the difference between CA (Controlled Atmosphere) cold storage and an ordinary refrigeration room?
Ordinary cold storage only controls temperature. CA storage precisely adjusts oxygen (O₂), carbon dioxide (CO₂), ethylene, and humidity simultaneously. The combination of low oxygen and high CO₂ inhibits fruit respiration, slows ripening, and suppresses mold growth. Storage life can be extended 2 to 6 times compared to a normal cold room, greatly reducing fruit loss rates.
Which fruits and vegetables are suitable for CA cold storage?
Fruits: Apples, pears, kiwis, citrus fruits, peaches, grapes, avocados, mangoes, strawberries, and blueberries.
Vegetables: Potatoes, garlic, cabbage, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, and spinach.
Different crops require specific gas parameters, so mixed storage is not recommended. We provide customized gas control formulas tailored to each agricultural product.
What is the typical storage duration for fruits in a CA cold storage system?
- Apples and pears: 6–12 months
- Kiwis and citrus: 3–6 months
- Leafy vegetables and berries: 1–3 months
Note that actual storage time depends on picking maturity, pre-cooling processes, and daily operation management.
What equipment is included in a complete CA cold room system?
A complete system includes insulated cold storage panels, a refrigeration unit, an air cooler, a nitrogen generator, a CO₂ scrubber, an ethylene remover, gas analysis sensors, a PLC intelligent monitoring system, an airtight air lock door, and a humidifier. We provide a one-stop turnkey project covering design, production, installation guidance, and commissioning.
Can a CA storage system be operated as a standard cold room?
Yes. The control system supports one-click mode switching. You can simply turn off the gas regulating system and run the facility as an ordinary cold room when long-term fresh-keeping is not required.

We accept T/T (wire transfer) and L/C at sight. For general orders, we require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation and the remaining 70% balance before shipment. Terms are negotiable for large engineering projects.

We offer sea freight, air freight, and express shipping (DHL/FedEx) for smaller machines. We handle export declarations, pack equipment in fumigation-free wooden cases, and provide full logistics tracking. Supported trade terms include EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, and DDP.
What is the warranty period for your equipment?
We offer a 1-year full machine warranty. We also provide lifetime technical support and supply spare parts at factory cost permanently. If on-site service is required, the client is responsible for round-trip airfare, accommodation, and a daily engineer service fee.
