Case Overview
This project adopts an 800g/h industrial ozone generator system as the advanced oxidation treatment unit after biochemical process. It targets factory comprehensive wastewater, further removing residual refractory organics, chroma and bacteria. The treated reclaimed water reaches the standard for recycling, and can be reused for equipment cleaning, workshop flushing and circulating cooling water.
Technical Scheme
Raw Water → Biochemical Treatment → Sedimentation Tank → Ozone Reaction System → Reclaimed Water Tank → Water Reuse
The complete ozone package includes ozone generator, oxygen supply system, gas-liquid mixing equipment, ozone reaction tank and tail gas destruction device. It can be connected to the existing wastewater treatment facilities without large-scale reconstruction.
