Ozone System Solution for Livestock Biogas Slurry Decolorization, Deodorization and COD Removal
Application Technology
Biogas slurry produced by livestock anaerobic fermentation contains high concentrations of refractory organics, chromogenic substances, sulfide and ammonia nitrogen. Traditional biochemical processes are limited in decolorization and deodorization, making it difficult to meet discharge or farmland reuse standards.
The integrated 300g/h ozone generator adopts PSA oxygen supply mode. Ozone dissolves in wastewater and generates hydroxyl free radicals with strong oxidizing property. It can break the molecular chain of macromolecular organic pollutants, oxidize malodorous substances and chromophoric organics, and effectively reduce COD concentration.
The complete set of equipment is skid-mounted, integrating air compression, air drying, oxygen production and ozone generation units. It can run stably outdoors all year round. Compared with chemical oxidation, ozone will automatically decompose into oxygen after reaction, without residual chemicals and no extra sludge output.
The standard process flow:
Raw Biogas Slurry → Sedimentation Pretreatment → Ozone Oxidation Reaction Tank → Up-to-standard Effluent (Discharge / Agricultural Reuse)
- Realize deodorization, decolorization and COD degradation in one process
- Integrated skid design, convenient on-site installation and connection
- Continuous 24-hour operation, adapt to harsh outdoor farm environment
- Green oxidation process, no secondary pollution
